Johansson Tire Co. Terms & Conditions

By using Johansson Tire Co.'s services, you agree to the following terms and conditions: I hereby authorize the repair work to be done along with the necessary material, and hereby grant Johansson Tire co and/or their employees permission to operate the vehicle herein described on streets, highways or elsewhere for the purpose completing the requested work. Johansson Tire Co. is not responsible for loss or damage to cars or articles left in cars in case of fire, Theft or any other cause beyond our control. Warranty Policy -  Manufacturers Warranty: All new parts and tires sold and installed by Johansson Tire Co are covered solely by the manufacturers warranty. This may include coverage for tread life (mileage guarantees), workmanship defects, and road hazards, depending on the manufacturer's terms. Store Warranty Disclaimer: Johansson Tire Co does not offer separate store warranties on parts or tires. However, we are happy to assist customers in submitting warranty claims to the manufacturer. Labor Warranty: We provide a limited labor warranty for work performed by our shop, covering labor costs up to $1,500. This labor warranty is valid for 1 month or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first. Used Tires - Disclaimer for Used Tires: Used tires are inspected for visible wear and damage at the time of sale by the tire techs and/or mechanics, but no guarantees are made regarding their future performance, longevity, or fitness for a particular purpose. Once the customer has approved installation of the used tire, Johansson Tire Co is not liable for issues with the used tire(s) outside the warrantied labor once the vehicle or tire leaves the property. No Implied Warranty: Johansson Tire Co expressly disclaims all implied warranties for used tires, including merchantability and fitness for a particular driving condition unless otherwise stated in writing. Exclusions: Warranty Limitations: Manufacturer warranties for parts and tires do not cover damages caused by misuse, racing, accidents, off-road use, or other extreme conditions. Labor Warranty Exclusions: Our labor warranty is void if the vehicle is subjected to misuse, racing, accidents, or intense external factors once it leaves our premises. Deposits. A deposit is required for all orders of tires, parts, and labor exceeding $200 at the time of scheduling or ordering. This deposit requirement is waived if the customer uses and is an approved Payment plan shop payment option. Vehicle Storage Policy: Once customers are notified of the completion of work, they have 48 hours to pick up their vehicle. After 48 hours, a storage fee of $25 per day will be charged until the vehicle is picked up. Vehicles left longer than 3 days without prior arrangement may be subject to lien procedures as allowed by law. Liability: Johansson Tire Co is not responsible for any additional issues or mechanical failures unrelated to the specific work performed. Once a vehicle leaves our premises, we are not liable for any breakdowns, damages, or incidental expenses, including but not limited to towing, rental cars, or lost wages. With regards to any matter that may develop related to Johansson Tire Co, its owners and employees, the customer does also waive any and all rights to legally go against Johansson Tire Co and/or a trial by jury in any jurisdiction within the United States of America.
